Desmond Gatti has 26 years of experience in developing and building distinctive communities in Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, he has developed and built over 200,000 square feet of low-rise office parks and retail centers.

As a featured builder in the national publication Builder magazine in the article "BUILDING GREEN", Gatti and the Snow Hill community of over 150 homes were recognized for preservation of the environment - at a time when sensitivity to the environment was voluntary. One of his projects, The "Townes at Turtle Point", is located at the Robert Trent Jones International Golf Club, a community of distinctive homes in northern Virginia.
