AL Licensed Real Estate Buyer Specialist Wanted for Baldwin County area (Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Point Clear, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Fort Morgan, AL).
Real Estate Team looking for experienced Buyer Specialist to work buyer leads.
Team has prominent website that generates many high end buyer leads.
Candidate must be comfortable in communicating with and working with high end buyers.
Candidate must be cognizant that the buyer prospects are one click away from contacting another agent. Anything less than a prompt follow up will yield poor results and low productivity for the buyer specialist and team.
Candidate must be willing to use technology tools and be adept at responding to e-mail enquiries with extreme detail and thoroughness. Leads primarily will be from relocating buyers and second home buyers. Communications and responses must include knowledge of not only the local Real Estate market, but also of the surrounding areas geography, recreation, shopping, events, etc…
Candidate must be familiar with Gulf Coast beach, bay, and canal value points (i.e. view, elevation, water depth, boat dock values, etc.).
Candidate should plan on committing a minimum of 3 hours daily to following up with leads.
Training on lead management system will be required.
Knowledge of Top Producer 7I and Microsoft Office are a plus.
Candidate will be encouraged to take free Buyer Specialist Classes offered by our broker.
