With just 14 floors and a single unit per floor, Oceania offers the ultimate in low density luxury on Alabama's Gulf Coast.  I had the pleasure of touring the penthouse during a recent Keller Williams Realty sponsored Broker's Open House.  I was immediately impressed with the security of the building.  A card key is required to travel anywhere of value on the premises beyond the parking lot.  Once inside the elevator, your key will take you to your unit and to your unit only.  When the elevator reached the 14th floor the doors opened directly to the foyer of the elegant penthouse.

From the foyer, you can take a spiral staircase to the 16 seat movie theater with a 22x5 movie screen and surround sound. 

The rumbles of the action movie through the high quality speakers vibrates the chairs as well as the floor below.  Try and imagine watching your favorite football team play their biggest game of the year with a sound system that makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck.  With a wet bar area and interior balcony view of blue water, this has to be the ultimate man cave experience.

Once back on the main level, I traveled to the great room area, which included the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar area all in one wide open space. 

The 20 ft. ceilings highlight the space provided in the great room and provide the necessity for equally high walls of solid concrete and glass facing the shimmering gulf waters.  Stepping out on the balcony, I instantly grasped the draw of the coast and the simple beauty of the calm green waves rolling gently onto the clean white sand.  Looking out over the water through my polarized sunglasses, I noticed a small group of stingrays swimming in formation just a few feet off the beach and two dolphins, just to the east of the rays, coming up for quick breath of salty air.
