The home is located on one of the highest points on Fort Morgan and has never been affected by hurricanes or rising water. The design of the home is practical, great for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool.  Living in Baldwin county we have discovered that our utility costs are much less expensive that other parts of the state. The stove and oven are propane. We cook frequently on our Wolf stove and yet have never had to refill the tank. We are on city sewer and have just replaced the grinder pump this month. These pumps typically last around ten years so this will not need to be replaced for many years.
