What the owners of 10368 Rosewood Lane, Daphne, AL 36526 had to say about their home and living in Daphne:

The Woodlands Subdivision is situated in close proximity to three wonderful towns: Daphne, Spanish Fort, and Fairhope. The Eastern Shore Mall & shopping Center, Premiere Theater 14 and Eastern Shore Lanes along with many good restaurants are located in Spanish Fort. Fairhope and Daphne have a very active art scene with many galleries, gift shops, and a mixture of high-end and funky artistry shops. Fairhope has 1st Friday art walk and there is live music at many restaurants. You can also take in a breathtaking sunset while having dinner at one the many restaurant.

What do you love about the town your home is in?

The things I love about living in Bon Secour is the quiet oak lined streets, the old town charm where you can still see stars in the night sky, and being so close to the 4 local fisheries.

If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?

I love living in my neighborhood first off because it is gated and it gives me and my family a great peace of mind. Secondly, I love my neighborhood for the swimming pool, it is a great thing to have in South Alabama.

My favorite restaurants around this home are:

We love to eat at and support the local restaurants around our community. There is a great local seafood and steak restaurant called The Tin

What do you like about living at 215 Royal Lane in Fairhope, AL?

215_royal_lane_120

The things I love about Fairhope is the beautiful city with very friendly people. The community is such a family oriented place. The events that we have (such as Arts and Crafts) are great. I love the small town atmosphere with big hearts.

Our neighborhood is great for friendly neighbors, relaxing at the pool and close to anything you need.

We love to eat at Gambinos on the Bay, Rotollos and Ravenite.

Grocery stores are plentiful and near by. Publix, Walmart, and Piggly Wiggly all are very close.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the neighborhood, children and love being next door to the pool.

Fairhope has so much to offer for children and adults.

forsale2_620When setting your price – Price is a very sensitive and important factor for both buyers and sellers. Keep in mind that the price that you set will be the maximum price that the home will go for as buyers often make offers well below the asking price you may have to counteroffer.
